did you miss me?

i know you all must have missed me the past several weeks! mommy and daddy had to send the computer in to get fixed, because it wasn't recharging, so we haven't been able to get online much. i'm glad that the computer is back just in time for Christmas. just a few days to go until my very first! i'm still trying to figure it all out.

i haven't been feeling well the past few weeks, so there hasn't been a whole lot going on. grandma, grandpa, mommy, and i went to ottawa for a few days, and that was fun. when we got back, mommy decorated the house with lights and a tree and ribbons for Christmas. it looks really pretty. grandpa turned 50 last week, so there was a big party for him at grandma and grandpa's house. i was supposed to be sleeping, but i heard all the fun downstairs and couldn't bear to miss it, so mommy let me come down for a bit.

i just turned 10 months yesterday. only two months to go until i turn one! mommy cries when she says that, for some reason...

i learned how to climb the stairs a couple of weeks ago! it is so much fun!


i crawl everywhere, and i very fast these days! i don't stand on my own yet, though...i might be brave enough to try that soon. i like to hold on to the furniture to get around!
